The Ultimate Ribgol - Legitimacy Report

With so many dupes, and as such, accusations that exist nowadays, legitimacy of a perfect item is a strict process. I honestly see no other way to prove innocence other than creating a thread devoted to a perfect item and it's creation.

I have recently obtained a perfect clean Stonetooth sword: 108 attack, 9 slots. I will be white scrolling this item with 10% scrolls to ensure that one day it will become a 153 attack, 27 strength Stonetooth. In no way is this meant to be a show-off or gloating thread, only to prove the innocence of this item. I don't want all my hard work to be utilized as fallacious accusations.

This will be a long process, very long. I don't plan on finishing it anytime soon, nor do I plan to rush it. Dark scrolls will not be used at all, I don't plan on destroying this item. I will be posting pictures of each white scroll I buy (along with the price), and each stage of the sword. The sword will be name-tagged with my name for further legitimacy reasons. Also, if you want you can let me know of any white scrolls for sale, PM'ing me or whispering me in game is fine.

Last Chaos scroll I saw used actually did +5, -5,+ 3.

Thanks man, and I wish I could just go my own route, but I've had friend's unable to enter Zakum runs and Horntail runs because of speculated accusations. That being said, obviously there's no way I can know if the White scrolls I buy are going to be duped or not. However, as long as I pay a decent price, my inability to discover the item's origin shouldn't be integral.

Hopefully this works out for you in the way you've intended, Steele. The major hitch here is that, in the case of Zakum/Horntail runs, it's all dependent on the ignorance of a third party. Just as easily as you're cataloging the scrolling of this magnificent weapon, some will inevitably turn to be neigh-sayers.

But in bera if someone hacks, dupes, has ties with dupes / hackers then they are immediately extricated from almost all of the honest cliques of Bera. A prime example is one of my friends who obtained a 13x Ribgol for 2.1bil, all he gets is crap about how the item was hacked and how he paid too little for it. No proof or anything truly incriminating was even present. He's been almost completely subjugated from the rest of the communuty. I'm just doing this for legitimacy, I'm sorry if it's taking it too seriously for you, I'm just trying to protect myself from false accusation.

It might even take 100+ white scrolls to finish considering those 90% fail scrolls. But best of luck to you.

Another possibility is using a 10% and if the scroll fails use those clean slate scrolls to get the slot back. Although you do run the slight risk of breaking the item, but hey if you run out of white scrolls or if they become too expensive, then that's your next best backup idea.

Yeah, the lunchbox would be much smarter due to the insane brokenness of it. When I made this thread there was no lunchbox, and besides, I'm set on two-handed weapons. Even if my weapon can be surpassed, I'd still much rather use a Ribgol. Two-handed must live on! :glitter:

Last I checked, myself, DashDaGreat, DragonMarish, PoIarity, RiceStrike, Shynobi, TheMsThief, stocctown, MoxJr, Fappachino, Extzy... list goes on.... have not been "extricated" from any "cliques" in the community.

In fact, some of the people who trash others like myself or my gf, ignore people like Dash and Marish.

Basically, you have people in Bera trashing some but not others. And only some people are doing the trashing. Most people have common sense and disregard any "bitterness" or other childish shit about someone getting ahold of an equip. The very few people who did beg for equips and other bullshit are known by others. Does it really matter though?

Everyone has their story about how they got their mesos and equips. Marish bought 5b from PoIarity to buy a 142 faltizan for max mesos. Do people care? No. He bought mesos AND bought something that was duped. Many people have bought mesos. Many people have just bought items that were "likely" duped, as in obvious. Basically shit like this falls into bitterness and jealousy that you didn't get the deal (either that or you're one of the few who hate people who even just kill a pap with an ex-hacker, let alone be one).


Anyways, good luck. But leave this trash about Bera being like that on SW, not here. Because it's far from that in the very large top-level community. Only a few let their childish bitterness and "I'm so perfect" get in the way.

106 att isn't perfect clean. There's an 107 att clean in Bellocan fm atm. Anyways if your willing to spend what... 30b+ at least to white scroll it might as well risk some 30s if your that rich. At least get 2-4 to work then white scroll the rest. If you can't afford to buy more clean rigbols then you can't afford white scrolls.

An Average Ribgol is 101, so perfect is 5 above it, 106. Gaching things allows them to be higher than perfect, 108 would be highest. Above perfect? It's just the Maple terminology.

Sadly, yes. However, I want to represent two-handed pride :D lol, also, with apples/gelt/naricain my damage will be increased quite a bit more due to the differing formulas.

I saw on a screenshot elsewhere on SP that Stonetooth swords are a monster drop on another version of Maple... maybe get a lvl 120 lunchbox, if they come out in Nov, and scroll that?

Or just wait till 10% GM scrolls for 2h sword come out, they eventually will, and that will be cheaper than white scrolling 8 slots with regular 10%s.
