Lilin doesn't give you Aran Ring

If you're wearing your lvl 30 ring when you go to Lilin to get the 50 ring, the quest will go through but you'll get an error popup saying that you can't get it because you're already wearing Lilin's ring. Forfeiting the quest and trying again makes the Maple Admin lightbulb pop up again but when you go to Lilin, she doesn't try to give it to you again; she just says everything will be ok now that the hero is back (or something along those lines, anyway)

You wind up with no lvl 50 ring and no way to get one short of remaking your character, as well as an uncompletable Event quest.

You know you have to unequip the lvl30 ring first right? :)

It's your fault for forfeiting the quest. All you had to do was unequip the ring.

I removed the 30 ring and put it on a completely different character. I'm still screwed out of the 50 ring because I had it on the first time...

edit: Got the fault that I couldn't get it, removed ring, storage'd it, put it on my sniper, logged back into Aran, still couldn't get the ring, forfeited quest, got the Maple Admin lightbulb, accepted it again, Lilin says the exact same thing as before

Just take that ring of and make sure it's in your Arans Item Invertory Equip tab. Problem Solved.

Definitely not a bug. The lvl 30 ring has to be in your Aran's inv in order to get the next one(just to make sure it takes the first ring). They made it that way so you don't end up with multiple Lilin's Rings(like both Lvl 30 and 50 yadayadayada).

Well then the error msg (and the quest helper) should properly reflect that...

Anyway, I put the ring in inventory, tried it again and still got the same error message but at she did give swap out the ring with the lvl50 version of the ring too, so I'm happy. Thanks guys.
