One of a Kind Item + Shop = ???

I get a zHelm, Karma it, put it in a mushie shop. Get another, shop closes, I reclaim my helm. 1) can it be done? 2) would the karma'd helm still be karma-able?

Isn't the helmet still yours when it's in the shop?

The helm is still SoK'ed untill it goes to a different character.

uh perhaps i read that wrong, yes it would go to the fm storage. and the SoK is still applied on the helm untill it touches another character, so no, not untill the one trade is made.

maybe i read that wrong again, by "get another one" do you mean shop or helm? you can only ever have one helm at a time in your inventory, don't think it matters if it's in storage though.

I meant you put the Karma'd helm in your shop, then went and looted another zHelm. Would it let you? If so, would it let you reclaim your other helm?

If you have a zhelm, you cannot take another zhelm out from your shop or retrieve it from fredrick until you've gotten rid of the one currently on your character.

So opening your shop to edit and hitting close will give you an error message? D:

what if you had 1, put it in your shop, got another, put it in your shop, etc? And repeat for however many you had? Would that work?

I would suspect it would tell you: "Not everything could be retrieved" And send it all off to Frederick.

And I'm guessing it would not allow you to put another in, as with trying to put more than one helm in storage box.

It doesn't allow you to put two one-of-a-kind items in a shop. When your shop closes down and the items go to fredrick, you can't take any of the items out without removing the one-of-a-kind item from your inventory. Basically, your shop becomes a separate inventory when dealing with one-of-a-kind items.
