Who knows what Nexon might do but currently, you can transfer almost all items through MTS with the exception of stars, claws, bows, xbows, spears and polearms (might be more but that's the list I've got down). I wouldnt be surprised if MTS doesnt work in Yellonde for the first month or so just so everyone has a "fair start" but if nexon doesnt tinker with the system, then yes you should be able to transfer via MTS.

can you put an item up for sale, cancel it, and leave it in the transfer section, than go on a differnt character and take it(from the same nexon id)

No... You have to put the item under wanted.

How does the transfer work?
You use 2 accounts to transfer items in the MTS through the 'Wanted' option. Used for interworld transfers. ;D
You roughly lose 110 nx each item.

Yup, taxes >_>
You also have to have some MTS nx on the buying account aswell.
110 should cover like 12 items for buying.
1320 should cover taxes on the selling account.
So really it costs 119 a transfer but the 9 goes to your selling account.

you can put it on sale as well, but that's a completely waste because you'll lose way more than 11 cents in that way~

Well you can... But if you don't want to either...
A) Lose more money
B) Possibly get the item stolen if you put for cheap
C) Lose a lot of nx by putting it high (taxes)
So kinda pointless option as you said xD
