Describe the problem. Be as specific as possible!:
The lovely Festival of Lights quest is broken, in that it's listed as a five-part quest chain, but ends after three parts, remaining in your In Progress section as a completed quest.

This of course raises the question of whether or not the quest can be repeatable for multiple amounts of Gelt Chocolates. It most likely can if you forfeit before turning in the 9 Sabbath Candles, but then again who knows.

Edit: Nope, forfeiting the quest only leads you back to the start of the candle quest, not tot the Gelt Chocolate one.

Ahh, so it isnt just me. I thought I broke the quest when I opened my present instead of giving it to someone.
