Final Swing Skill For Aran

I advanced to 3rd job and didn't have the skill and went to neinheart to get the skill and there wasn't any quest. Does anyone know how to get the skill?

Have you made sure that you've completed all of the previous Aran quests? Specifically all of the level 63, and all of the level 68 quests?

Edit : This may help... http://forums.asiasoftsea.net/showthread.php?p=11281337 If you've completed them, then I'm not sure why you wouldn't be able to get Full Swing...

No, i told him and the other person who made 70 in bello to do all their quests. They did it, and they still can't get it.
