Go into the folder, delete things one by one to find out which one's causing the issue. For insta permenant deletion, hit shift and delete.

From there, figure out what you're running that could possibly be using that file. Or if you still don't know, let us know what file it is, and we'll go from there. Might want to check your task manager as well.

Uhhh....I also have no clue what you're asking but I'm guessing that you want to delete someone's account? You won't be able to do that just by 'Shift+Delete'. Instead, you have to go into the control panel and delete an account from there.

I have a tool that can delete anything on your computer, but I'm hesitant to give it to you. I'm afraid you'll screw you computer up and then blame it all on me.

I believe you can only just go Turn off the account through the Computer Admin account..At least that's what I've done 0_o..I don't think you can actually delete it b/c it's shared.. I could be wrong though..0_o.

Edit: Unless of course you're trying to delete that 1 folder..can't really tell whether there is a "Steven" Account over by the Accounts place or not by the screen shot. If it's just those 2 accounts that you have showing there than it looks like the folder is being in use by 1 of those 2 accounts...what does 'task manager' say??

I assumed he was deleting a file based on what vague information he provided (I guess it might've been that I was half awake). What I meant by task manager were that if you were running a program that was using a file he was trying to delete, you figure out what kind of program runs that unable to be deleted file, then terminate it and delete your file from there.

There's plenty of flaws to this idea, where, it's probably best to do it in safemode, but I'm hesitant on guiding somebody through safe-mode. Mainly because, well, I'm lazy. On the other hand, a lot of people also prefer to ignore suggestions that involve special bootups or steps that involve working in environments they aren't accustomed to seeing.
