I've tried to Karma locked items before and a message pops up saying that I need to unlock the item before I can Karma it. So I'm wondering, is it possible to lock a Karma'd item? If so, what happens?

Here are the possible outcomes:

Possible negative outcomes:
1) You can't lock an item that's Karma'd.
2) Your item lock disappears.
3) Your item loses it's Karmability immediately after it gets locked.
4) Your item stays Karma'd after it gets locked, but if you put it in storage, it loses its Karma'd state and you can't store it again because you can't reKarma it without unlocking.
5) Your item loses its Karma'd state and the item lock disappears.

Possible Positive outcomes:
1) Your item stays Karma'd indefinitely after it gets locked. Hopefully this is true. Then you can transfer your Zhelm forever if you have multiple charas on the same acct.
2) Your item lock glitches up and becomes permanent. This would be amazing, since Nexon doesn't sell permanent item locks anymore.
3) Both of the above.

Someone go test this please. :glitter:

Anyone test this out yet? (http://www.southperry.net/forums/showthread.php?t=20263)

I would think the outcome would be your 'Negative 3' option. :ohno:

You're the one who cares, why don't you test it?

Because I don't need anything to lock at the moment, and it'll be a really long time before I will. If someone happened to have something he needs to lock, he could easily test it out.

You can transfer locked items through storage?

In any case, my best prediction (not that it's worth much) would be that it is able to be traded once (much like a normal item would) and would be locked.

I don't want to test it, because I'm not willing to spend NX on an item lock. :goggle:

I might test this soon, since I karma'ed my belt intending to sell it, but decided against it now.

If you can normally store locked items, I would think #4 on your negative list is accurate.

Now I just need to get unlazy and mts enough for a lock.

Major Bump. But I did end up locking my karma'ed belt. And the result is #4 on your list.

I didn't actually go ahead with storing, since I didn;t want to lose my karmability, but it gave me the warning. And yes Locked items can be xfered through storage.
