Map from Jack Barricade

Is the map you get from Jack Barricade actually useful? I've gone in all the portals that I can find that require the map and I wind up in places that I can ordinarily get to without the map. Is there something that I'm missing?

Uses: Getting to the JQ without having to ever see BF.

You're not missing anything. It doesn't really take you to special places. I can't live without the map, though, because I greatly prefer the paths/shortcuts it opens up. I have trouble getting around without it.

With two portals, it takes you to the top of that map that gets you to the JQ to get ot the keep. So yeah, good thing to have.
