Not really, any would work since I find most monsters drop the same amount of letters.

The pig one in Henesys is pretty easy to go through so you can try that one.

Mushroom Mini Dungeon is a bit better in spawn number, if you're interested. Also a small small small small small chance of getting Chaos Scrolls from Zombie Mushrooms too.
