Anyone here play Warcraft 3? I enjoy games ranging from Dota to Island Defence to tower defences/mauls to just about any other fun game. I'm just an average/slightly above average player for most games. If anyone just wants to play sometime feel free to whisper or add me and yes I can host. (Although I've been constantly disconnecting as of late...)

I haven't played much, and not into micromanagement and whatnot (I'm awful) -- I prefer more laid back games, although aeon-of-strife games, super summoner, and some hero arenas are fun for me and I can do good at. (But I'm willing to try anything new as long as I'm not kicked for being a noob... what asscakes how else do they expect me to learn??)

Haha, 100% agree. I hate idiotic hosts that don't allow newbs, like seriously let them learn please and stop abusing your custom kick. Sometimes hosts do the dumbest things: "OMG, you are too strong/weak/mediocre". *Bam* "You've been disconnected".

Okay, I added you. Any suggestions on what games you want to play? I won't be hosting for the next 3 days though, I want to get my internet fixed first but I can always ask my friends to host. Oh yeah, and don't worry about lagging or what not, we rarely kick because someone is lagging.

Haha, you and your super long lunch. During your lunch break I disconnected several times so when you got back I was probably offline due to the fact that I had disconnected. Seems like we won't get a game going on today unless you'll magically still be on in 4 hours time. (I have to go out for a while) ;P

I dont go on battlenet anymore but I can tell you I enjoy making maps in World Editor.

I loved tree tag, dark deeds and island defense.
Dota gets boring after a while though...

OMG! Those are/were some of my favorite games! I used to play Tree Tag 24/7 last year when it's popularity was as its peak but now I can't even remember how to play it. Dark Deeds was fun because of the code system but I got bored of it after a few weeks for whatever reason. Right now Island Defense is probably my favorite game, it's so awesome I can't even describe it. Other than the idiots that think they're pro, the suiciders, the titans that leave at the start of the games, the people who leave the game just when they are about to die, the satyrs that think they're invincible just because they're invisible, there's really nothing wrong with the game. ;)

The only time I die in Island defense is when at least more than 3 titan minions are spawned coz of the noob islanders. I random mine coz I can pretty much use all (except for the new 1s). Im hopeless with titan though...

Which builders would you count as "new ones"? I'm asking this because version 2.8.5c has been out for months now...

Anyhow, you should keep practicing being titan because titan isn't that hard to use, and it's quite rewarding when you win. And also, sometimes you might get bored of using builders over and over again, and that's where the usefulness of knowing how to play titan comes in. ;)
