View Full Version : Most annoying Jump Quest?

First of all, I love nearly all the jump quests and done every single one of them except for zakums one.
Out of all the jump quests, I have to admit the level 50 one, yes Sabitramas Anti Aging Medicine was a major pain.
Why? The second stage took me nearly an hour and a half to pass through yet I normally spend around 5-10mins doing one stage...
Discuss below which JQs you hate the most...

The first time I did the ZJQ, it took me about ... 3 hours?
I can breeze it in 20 or so minutes now :P

ZJQ.
Took me hours to complete on my first character. I got so stressed out, and I was a 7x Hermit so I used a shitload of potions.

I'd also have to say Sabitrama's quest.
I too am good with jump quests, but Sabitrama's was evil.

The only one that I've never finished without falling is the Zakum one. It's leagues harder than any of the other ones. Of course, the hard part is always at the end of the map so you wind up wasting 7 barbs walking back to the start every single time...

ZJQ, no matter what. Took me 2 hours to complete the 2 times that I did it.

Zakum JQ took me 3 hours at first.. but I've done it over 20 times I can complete it in 15 mins now =P

I had a lot of trouble with Shumi's third...although I barely remember the ellinia/SW ones.

Sabitrama's second. First time I tried it I used assaulter on that necki stage but never finished, then they disabled teleporting skills...

I love all jump quests except Zakum JQ.
It's the only one that's ever gotten me frustrated.

ZPQ: 3 hours... when Tespia only had 4 hours remaining. Needless to say, I didn't finish Zakum (although I got really close).

I've never been able to complete any jump quest except Zakum. It took hours my first time. I would've given up on that like all the other JQs but I wanted my helmet badly. I couldn't even finish it again on other chars. I've had to let someone else do it for me. ): So my answer : All JQs. =| Except the ones in GPQ.

Most annoying? ALL OF THEM!

I can't stand the quests.. they annoy me to the core. I'm usually a patient person, but these things test my limits and nearly break them.

I hate them so much, my cousin helped me with the Zakum one when i needed my helmet...

To gage how badly i suck at jump quests, simply see me in apq. I can barely get onto one of those fricken platforms if i get knocked off :hothead:

eventually i will get better. Hopefully i get a more active guild so that i can do guild pq more often and learn how to Jump quest from there
:f3:

All fail. I can't even do the simplest of ones. Hell, I can't even do the pet park jq in Henesys. But I can in Ludi!!

I think I did this Jump Quest when it was glitched or something. I entered the map and there was like, 200 invincible junior necki on the floor and none higher up than that. Maybe someone vacced them down? who knows but at the time i didn't realize it was messed up. ;p

The pet park isn't actually a jump quest, and the henesys pet park has some bad platform edges that stop before the end of the graphic. Do an actual jump quest. like the level 15 one.

I'd say the hardest one would have to be the very last ellinia jump quest or the very last John's Present jump quest in sleepywood.

Why are so many people saying zak JQ is hard? It's the easiest one to me.

I pretty much suck at JQs. I can do GPQ one and pets one, but nothing else. Ludi looks easy, sort of...

ZJQ is the hardest one I've ever attempted, and John's Present thing too.

Because it's horizontal, so if you fall there's no chance that you won't have to start over. Not to mention you have to walk all the way back to the front through Lava to get there. I died more than one time because I wasted all my potions and fell into lava. Then you toss in Poison, self-destructing monsters, and the fireball shooting statues paired up and you've got a festival of frustration. Trying to time that last jump in this was such a nightmare...

With the sleepywood or ellinia jump quests, if you fall you at least have some hope that you could land on a platform below you, and not have to start over from scratch. The obstacles also tend to move slower though that's not true for all of them.

The secret to those very last 4 ropes on the end is that you can go all the way to the top of them so that you can't get hit. I didn't know about this before either, and I always tried to jump all 4 ropes in 1 go. Only worked once.

Yeah, I knew that from the first time I tried it, but I still missed the last jump 3 times.

unlike most everyone else though I didn't hate it so bad I've only done it once. I think I've done it 5 times.

I rather hate B3, even though it doesn't take me long anymore.

It's a good break from grinding though, and the dense spawn in the transfer area thing makes up for some of the time spent. Whee.

I agree with you Isaac, JQs like Assistant Chengs Missing Mechanical parts and the GPQ ones in the underground waterway are even more of a pain than Johns Final present and Sabitramas Anti Aging medicine. (Though I took longer on sabitramas)

Never tried ZJQ before though (I want to try it anyway even if it is hard)

A friend gave me access to his account because he couldn't do the Zakum Jump Quest, he bought 300 White Potions and i completed the Zakum Jump quest within 10 minutes and only consumed 1 White Potion.

Worst jumping quest is the lvl 50 ellinia one. That one is just AWFUL! I hated climbing up then jumping to the next set...omg it just gives me nightmares. All the ellinia jumping quests have their platforms a bit farther apart in my opinion. Which makes all of them gay. ZPQ is really not that bad. Just annoying when you fall. But it didnt take me that long.

The only one I haven't finished is the Sabitrama one... I spent a total of three hours without even passing the first level and gave up.

I wish I still had the determination I had when I was 6x. The Zakum JQ took me five days to finish, and burnt hella pots. LoLz.

It will almost certainly be the Valley of Heroes. I hate JQs in any form, but only that one has a real chance of killing you.

My least fav is the 3rd jq in sleepywood (forgot what its called). Have yet to attempt zjpq when I'm in the mood for jqs though.

It's a JQ of CWK. There are moving pillars, that hit 54k to a GM. no other one could kill you. (well maybe ZJQ)

Definetely Sabita's. The ZJQ was no big deal. In fact it was easy compared to sabita's.

Why is everyone complaining about zakum jump quest? It's one of the easier ones; sabitrama 2 was much harder. I could do zjq in under three minutes consistently, I used to train on it before the hackers got it patched. It wasn't bad exp at 5x, and no, I didn't hack through it.

I find Sabitrama's lv50 to be annoying, but oddly enough the one I don't like is B3.. it's not hard, I'm just too impatient for it. :f2:

I find the Zakum JQ to be easy x-x but I've never finished the mechanical parts one, 'cause when Ludi was new it was always occupied lol. I haven't tried VoH yet though.. do you lose exp for dying in that JQ?

Nerdy
2008-08-22, 05:57 PM
Hmm, so far all the JQs I've done have been pretty easy. The only one that really caused me any trouble was Sabitrama's Anti-Aging one, that one took me about an hour because of the last part where you have to jump up 4 straight plats. The Mechanical Parts one is also pretty hard, because of all the conveyor belts. :f7: It sounds like the Zakum one is pretty hard though...

I've always hated Sabitrama's level 50 JQ, pure annoyance. ZJQ is easy when you get the hang of it. I could finish it in about 10 minutes maximum. Lol, I find that most people who can beat ZJQ easy have a hard time with Sabitrama's level 50 JQ, I don't know why. :f3:

ZJQ wasn't really annoying, just time consuming.

Sabitrama's level 50 quest...oh god. The 2nd stage made me want to throw my computer out the window...I made my bf do it for me in the end xD

I don't like the Zakum PQ, combined extreme pot costs if you fall and the basically random chance of doing the end correctly. 4 elements are randomly firing off, there's no simple pattern, you just have to be lucky.

Other than that, the stage of Sabitrama with a bunch of Jr. Neckis is annoying, again because they're random and it sucks so much when you fall, as you tend to go straight down and the platform gaps all line up.
