Hello! I'm trying to upload a video to the web and I'm having some issues. I need the best quality possible and every time I upload it, it comes out looking like dead things and fecal matter mixed into some brewing pot. I'm using Toon Boom Studio, and I can turn it into an avi, quicktime, or flash file (and some other ones I doubt will be useful). I've tried changing the dimension and it has helped a bit, but not enough to make any real difference. I tried it on Google video and Photobucket, and after I edit out address and phone number info (just for clarification purposes, it's part of my resume), I'm going to try that version on Youtube and possibly Veoh. What can I do to get it to it's original quality online?

Thanks!

I've yet to come across a place that will keep the full-quality online. Perhaps someone else knows of one =/ Youtube has a "view in high quality" option now which has helped some, but it's definitely not full-quality.

However, I do know that Veoh.com allows users to download the full-quality video, so maybe that would work best? =/

Most of the larger Video Uploading sites will always restrict the size of your videos. By restricting the size, they basically restrict everything else. With only a few Megs, you'll either have a long but cruddy looking video or a short decent looking video. There is nothing you can do about it.

If you must crank out the best quality possible, I suggest taking a look at the Vimeo HD Channel (http://www.vimeo.com/hd). That's probably as high res as you'll be able to get it.
