Mr. Do doesnt speak english

Issue/Problem/Bug:Mr. Do talks in Korean when trying to make a scroll




Describe the problem. Be as specific as possible!: When you go to talk to mr.do in mu lung to make a scroll for knuckle/ gun mr. do speaks in korean.

It will support Korean if you are running it in a Korean code page,
if you aren't then it'll just show up in question marks.

It used to show up as a bunch of random symbols for me.

I find this particularly funny in the context of Mr. Do's expression xD

Aren't korean letters unicode-only? I don't think theres enough room to put all the korean letters in the foreign area of the ANSI table.

I just know I can see it if I'm on a KRN code page, and see ??? if I'm on english.
