How do I get all of them? I need to defeat them all for a quest, but I don't know how to get Enraged and Angry. :f4:
EDIT : Looking at Strategywiki, what's a Peeking Lord Pirate?

No one really knows how you get that, However the current theory is that Peeking Lord Pirate is either the form that will randomly ambush you early on in the PQ (believe it or not, this can apparently happen. Lord Pirate will come out during one of the other stages and you must fight him twice.) OR he's the form you can only fight if you have all members less than level 70 (This seems less likely because what would happen to it if you used the keys?)
I thought in order to get Angry/Enraged Lord Pirates you would have to steal his treasure. Steal one treasure to get him Angry, and steal two to make him Enraged.
Thus requiring three keys altogether.

~ Normal Pirate: Just meet him at the end.
~ Angry Pirate: Use one key (on the disappearing Bellflower map).
~ Enraged Pirate: Use two keys (on both disappearing Bellflower map).
For that "Peeking Pirate", I'm guessing he's the one that randomly appears on the third or fourth stage. Out of 482 Pirate PQs I did, I only saw him thrice. I think that after a while, he disappears or something.
Anyways, good luck with this. Now you only need to do 30 PQs for one hat and 350 for the best one. I got that stupid patch when I was on my 481st PQ...

Well, yeah, but he said he looked at strategywiki so I thought he found that answer there already. XD I was just explaining about Peeking.

Where do these keys come from? That's really what's baffling me.
Lord Pirate drops them, but its really rare.

Oh, okay. xD My questions are answered, thanks guys. And yes, Peeking Lord Pirate is that random one that appears in the middle of the PQ, I haven't seen one yet. A lot of people I knew thought it was a fake boss. It doesn't need to be killed for any quests.

I'm still really confused about the Peeking Pirate and its purpose. I've always wanted to kill it, but it disappears before I could. It's able to take damage, that's for sure.

Maybe if you kill it, there's a higher chance of a key dropping? I dunno.

Someone on Sleepywood had done it, but they still had to fight the same lord pirate at the end. No one really knows what it does.

why doesn't the normal pirate pq boss have an hp bar? I mean, enraged and angry both have their party bars, but the normal one doesn't?
I have yet to see a peeking pirate... in my 295 pqs...

I know that angry lord pirate is 1 key and enraged lord pirate is 2 keys but peeking lord pirate? I have absolutely no idea. I think it depends on the partys average level or something...
Btw, how rare is the key??? I did around 50 PQs and NOT 1 KEY HAS EVER DROPPED >.< ...

I believe that the key drop is completely random. One time you could get 2 keys in a row, but later you can get keys after 100 pqs. It is completely random. But in my opinion, if i were to guess, thekey is uncommon, as rare as scrolls from the pirate boss...
I got 2 keys in an hour so it depends on your luck.

If I had to guess, I'd say the key drop rate is somewhere around 10%...
Also, I wasn't able to pick up a second key when I already had one.

Definitely lower than that. I did 500, and there was nowhere near 50 keys dropped.
Also, I also saw two, maybe three, Peeking Lord Pirates. It has no purpose, really. Warmup? :P

Wow... lucky!
My friend has already got the level 90 hat yet he has NEVER found a single key during his time in PQ... talk about unlucky.
I only PQed around 30 times so that explains why the key hasnt dropped....

I think Nexon nefed the key drop rate when they lowere dthe PPQ needed to get the hat. I remember one time, a key dropped and we let it go because everyone in the party had a key. X_X
