I'll ask a question to make you happy: When can HP warriors start fighting on their own?

They can start fighting at any level. It's just going to be a pain in the buttocks. Unless you're very funded and have godly equips, you won't be fighting until you're well over level 60. However, if you're not a pure HP Warrior, you can start fighting on your own as long as you have the STR. I find that to be my main problem. I can get around 80-90 accuracy with my equips and some potions, but with my weak 35 STR (50 with equips), I'm only able to do 1 damage to a lot of monsters. That's a little frustrating.

As February stated in the beginning of the thread, I'm an HP Warrior though I'm only level 50 at the moment. I want to meet a few more HP Warrior in Bera. They all seem to have died in some catastrophe.

Oh, and I believe ZYXWVUT has an HP Warrior as well. TenKayPlus is also on these forums, and he should be able to answer any question you have.

The highest leveled HP warrior is a DK- TenKay.
It is actually a nice combo- you get to stop adding HP in earlier due to HB- but still get to act as a VERY nice tank:glitter:

Close enough to a month... Summer vacation's weakened my math skills.

Party Quests / Partying / Leeching will always beat training solo, however, 15 or so levels after you've stopped adding to HP, the exp becomes decent enough to train on.

i was a self-funded hp warrior, so i had dex & accuracy items..of course i'd solo stuff on my own lol

Heh, I thought I would eventually give up the good fight and succumb to PQing, but actually I quit MS before I got to 40 on my highest HP warrior (a spearman). Of the few boasts I'll allow myself, I will say that I really enjoyed making HP warriors, I can think of about 5 HP warriors on various servers offhand that I owned, and another couple that I helped friends make.

I will add that my accuracy gear consisted of a pig book only, and my training spots were pig beach and Henesys Hunting Ground 1, through to late 3x. I think for me the HP warrior was a wonderful way of playing MS without any real sense of addiction (obviously I was trying to quit). The HP warrior is inherently weak, has no purpose except to benefit others, and only gets weaker and weaker as his/her level gets higher and higher! Heh.

My first HP warrior was one of the early ones of Bera, around the time of ButtKicked and Tank (I never met Tank but I am told he is supposed to have been around that time), and although I have absolutely quit MS, I am most pleased that the class continues to survive! Long live the selfless, humble class where friends matter most!

To make it easier on yourself, get an amoria basket and an attack pot, preferably an apple.

I guys remade my hp warrior on yellonde finally.
Hes lvl 15.

I got a 6acc brown dana 9acc 5dex or something glove.
17 acc pumpkin spear.
and a 10acc bathrobe to use for job adv.
and ill use acc pills and and ciders.
i got my whip and soon ill have my glowing whip ready for me.

Its cool to i found another hp warrior on yellonde hes lvl 23 so its kinda cool.

I didn't use my honsters. Since I had 2 clerics healing me.
I almost died a couple times since the clerics were fighting over me. :cool:

For the cleric to be able to heal you;
Either you have to get the cleric on the bottom, by dragging the rombots to the right.
Or by jumping up on the rope because their heal can not reach you when you are getting hit by the rombots.

Its probably easier since you can jump down now.

It depends on how much money you have.

All I had was a 65atk tuna, 2 amoria baskets and 2 apples.

1-10 maple island
10-14 job quests
14-24 hpq
14-18 slime tree
18-24 pig beach
20+ kpq or acpq
23 or 24+ octos

gotta be 80 to get in iirc-- otherwise being able to take 2 hits with hb

finally got my hb hp spearman up another lvl -- more hb and more hp puts it at a little over 15k now --- lvl 39 now -- he might actually be useful to me if i can get it to lvl 50 --
being able to afk an hb'er at zakum arm runs would be useful -- would only need a heal every 8 or 9 hits =P

yes you can if theyre partied. if you get the killing blow w/ pg, you can leech someone 27+. if a higher lvl gets the killing blow anyone higher than you and within -5 lvls of them will get xp. (like if a 33 gets last hit, 28+ will leech. if a 90 gets last hit, 32+ will leech).

It has nothing to do with getting the last hit.
If you hit it with your HP warrior, anyone in your party that is 27+ will get experience.
You will get experience based on all your levels.

It does make HP warriors seem like a job used purely to make a profit by leeching. Although, HP warriors themselves have to leech to level.

You don't need to be an hp warrior to help others leech bf. Just get any warrior with lvl 1 pg, have it pg bf once and die there, then anyone in the pt will get exp as long as they're within 5 lvls of the warrior or higher lvled than it.

With an attackless class, I think it is more acceptable to leech (perma beginners are a grey area, as they CAN train, just...very, VERY slowly), what I despise are people that leech because they can't handle less than 10% an hour...

HP warriors can attack too...just EXTREMELY EXTREMELY EXTREMELY slowly.

Unless you use PG, then it's actually fairly fast.

What I mean by attack is that they can train and generate enough mesos to support pot costs without having to stop to heal every minute. HP warriors cannot do so effectively on their own.

Warriors do get the benefits of having extreme accuracy weapons, such as Maple Glory Swords, Maple Rohens, and possibly the upgraded Crystal Blade (+40 Accuracy). As for the rest of the equips, I can't really think of any stuff that Beginners can use that beat or at least tie a Warrior's stuff. (6 DEX Green Neos anyone?)

well, ppl need to decide you know?

i didnt make mine for fun (actually i did lol)
but then i started playing it more then my mage & before i knew it, it became my main char.

so i planned to get past lv70 (meaning to kill clone.etc), so i sacrificed my "unpure" hp warrior (meaning having over 35 str)

so, i'd say i actually did pretty well even IF i leeched

here's my whole HP char

Lv1-35 - leeched at gigantic vikings as beginner + spearman with 3 snail throwing skill

35-70 - mainly LPQ & OPQ (lv50, i started adding str, so lv51 = 40 str)

70-100 - wolf spiders

100-105 - explored around

106-120 - after a very long while, i started leeching again, but i waited for this one lol, i knew that "May" was anniversary, so i used this opportunity to ask "my friends and guildmates to help me out, some leeched me without needing me to ask, some of them i had to fund with pots (they were broke lol) i had tons of NX laying around, so i bought myself about 5 2x cards along with the 2x events during may and within 5 days, i hit 120 lol

now, i also gave 2x drop/exp cards to my friends/guildmates, so dont think i'm that selfish about leveling/mesos.etc lol

to be honest, i've played long enough that the friends i made here are what's more important to me, not a lousy game


i believe i have around 345 str or somewhere there anyways lol

That reminds me, has anybody killed a golem in a while? I keep trying, but either I run out of pots, or my cleric gets bored, or I get careless. It takes way too long when I do it. ._.

Lol best part of ludi pq was getting the two extra passes for killing those two killer golems and with the 2k power elix I Have Jonas it was easy besides having a cleric but your best bet is power elix due to the fact they do more then 60% ur hp at 4x.
