Goals

So I have this hater that has been stalking me for a few months now. I have made like 3 mules to conceal my identity but he always gets to me somehow. So like my favorite FM spot happens to be Ch 2 FM 1 which is the FM he basically "owns." I lose my spot almost every single time I reopen in 24 hrs. He also resorts to shop blocking (by talking to other players so it prevents others from entering my shop). When I check my shop I see a full wall of threats by this guy too. Why does he hate me so much?
Well, its a long story but, my friend and I were training during and event one day. We were sharing a newtie map because I got on late. However the hater (previously level 16x) came in the map and started ksing. He is well known in Bera as a KSer (and a level 200). He 2 hits newties but I 1 hit so I chased him off. So automatically I don't like him. A week or so later, my friend who rarely plays logs on. He was bored and I suggested to KS the hater. So then he did and I told him to say that I sent him. SOONER or LATER, the trouble arises. The hater guy started to ks my guild, especially my leader because he doesn't want him to hit 200. I try to help out and stuff but he always runs away from me. But in the end, he stopped bugging Millennium since my leader apologized (we didn't do anything). I refused to apologize. So then ever since he has been harassing me lol.
Worst part of it all, he is backed up by a high level guild... like my friend's guild knows him and stuff >___>
AND RECENTLY, he installed a few spys in my guild (we are a large guild) to find out stuff about me. AND HE SAYS I'M OBSESSED ROFL!
Any advice?
