meh

1st job:
switch up sprite and powerstrike. mobbing is key when you cant quest through 1st job, and powerstrike has crappy damage until you get a decent level of mastery. seriously, doing 80-500 offers no consistency.
i might even try a powerstrike-less build since you become a ranged character in 2nd job anyways. brandish will replace it and you need to mob to get decent xp until you can replace it. not many people would follow me, but i think they would agree that sprite > ps for those levels.

2nd:
ill be going soul blade first as it practically immediately replaces slash blast. 21 blade / 1 mastery at 37, get to 6 booster then max soul jump. mastery next. thats just me.
this bit is more standard -- id finish soul blade before bothering with rage and leave FA for 61-70 instead of 59-68.

3rd:
personally i would switch soul charge and combo. leaving combo at 15 until 102 seems ok to me, but i think youll trap yourself at holy places if you go soul charge first. 15 combo is a multiplier of either ~130% or 135% to everything and 15 soul charge is a multiplier of 115% to non resistant monsters or 135% to holy. gobies, wolf spiders, dual ghost pirates or perhaps stormbreakers are good training spots for these levels that arent holy weak. himes will be good by the time you get soul charge if you switch the skill order. this is why priests suck to grind. its better to leech these levels because of the lack of holy weak mobs.
finally, panic is pretty useless. 1 big shiny number is all it is. you may want it just to use orbs sometimes, but 111-117 may as well be free points.
