Here's the deal, I'm looking for a few people who would like to HPQ exclusively for intel docs. HPQ is full of people who do the PQ for exp so once they get 10 cakes, they're out and you leave with 0-1 intel documents. This makes getting the intel documents a pain. All you need to know is how to HPQ. Looting will be in a controlled fashion.
