Training Reference Guide for Mages

So I know that that thread is quite outdated, my question is, other than psycho jacks for lv. 30-40, are there any other places worth training on in the later 3x levels when heal is not maxed?

Later 3x levels? Go train with Heal. As long as it's like level 18 or 21, you should be fine at Jr. Wraiths.

If you think you aren't ready yet, try Ant Tunnel minidungeon. You should be able to mostly clear the Zombie Mushrooms with Heal anyway.

if you're around 37-38, I'd go to cpq, if you can't find one, try LPQ, LPQ people will take a cleric wherever they can get one, 15-21 heal is better than no heal. If you're not big on PQing, Morgana is on the nose with her advice.
