Review of PQs out thus far

So I know that there are a LOT of PQs out now for the low levels (10-90)

Just curious, does anyone know which one in each level range gives the best exp? Either through rush PQ or doing it normally?

the only PQ's worth for leveling or Exp are Monster Carnival and HPQ for very early lvls. (10-16/18). Other than that, Exp in PQs suck.
