Well I am finally getting ready to go face HT for the first time, if the hackers have released the cave and we can get in that is. I was hoping that some one can direct me in what the Hero's tasks are when it comes to the battle. I would like to have a little forehand knowledge of what to expect, I am aware that some parties may have different battle plans than others. I just hate going inside completely oblivious as to what to expect.

you will kill the legs or be seducer

i dont think you'd be main seduce since you are asking what to do.
A hero kills the legs from the left side of HT, once they are down move with everyone else to the wings, if your team doesnt have a mob control, they might ask u to kill wyverns that HT summons on his crotch =] ,

Hackers have released the cave and legit runs have been going on for the past 2 weeks...just not as many runs as before.

I prepared myself for the first ht run by watching many youtube videos. Some things are better learned through observation and experience. Reading instructions and advice is helpful, but try watching many different horntail videos and try putting yourself into that run.

Pretend you're playing your character as you're watching the video. do you see the lightning 1/1's? do you see the touch damage? can you see how far/close to stand? at what times would you be potting? from the damages you see others taking and how often, what types of pots and how many would be sufficient for the duration of the run?

Hello, it'll take a few times before you feel completely comfortable with everything but here are some pointers from my observations of heroes during HT.

Not sure how the squads there kill but typically:
Beginning of fight: Heroes are on the left and have a platform in which they can stand to attack legs, left arm, and wings all with the same brandishes while still receiving buffs/skills from the bishops on bottom.

Middle of fight: Usually after the legs are downed the squad shifts to the right arm and wings (from the right side now). Once again there is a platform here where heroes can deal extra dmg byattacking right head as well maximizing your DPS. After wings are downed and depending on squad strength you'll probably either move on to right head or finish off right arm. (weaker squads will leave the arms last to avoid seduce while HT is attacking)Arms cast mass seduce when HP is >50% so being a hero you'll likely be seduced. Just direct your bishop to where you're going so you don't die. Either >>>> or <<<<<

2nd half of fight: You'll likely focus on right head now. Heads contain the bulk amount of HT's HP. One thing unique to heroes here is the availability to crash the weapon def the heads cast. Same skill that the def skele casts. Just think of how much that nerfs your damage when you attack a skele and compare that which the whole squad going off on the heads with nerfed damaged. Pretty substantial amount of dmg lost over time. So do your part here if your have Armor Crash and help out the squad. If you don't no worries the squad will continue hammering away just will take longer. Right head goes down....then squad moves to left head...then to the middle head (which can dispell at >50% HP, nothing you need to worry about being a hero). Once middle head is downed the run is considered a success as all that remains is left arm which only does mana burn, and seduce/dispell at >50% which is no problem considering HT no longer deals damage at this point.

Wow that was longer than I wanted it to be but I'm bored at work anyways! Good luck with your HT's and hope this helped!!!
