Looking at the sections, Pits of Hell and Rubik's Cube seem to require the most moderating, which Isaac already has covered pretty well. The most neglected sections in regards to modding are probably Training Center, Cash Shop, iTCG, and Technical Help, but they don't need much maintenance in the first place.

Don't get me wrong eos, I approve of your incorporation... sort of. I just thought that you don't really contribute with the G.E. and the Social section, and the only ones moderating that section now are Ryan, Mira, Paul and Isaac, since Ben, Will and Sean aren't really on a lot anymore, so the forum is a bit overloaded over there. Anyway, on a second thought, with you helping in the General MS section, the rest is less overloaded to have time to moderate the whole forum.

Hypothetically if I'm moderating the Call to Arms that should be far and above one of the most vitriolic places because everyone with an "issue" will be there demanding everyone else bow down and recognize how critical their problem is compared to everyone else's. Everywhere else should be somewhat more peaceful, comparatively.

1.) The part of the forum that he'd be managing is really being brought about because of something that he for the most part started.
2.) He seems to be a calm level headed guy who is mature enough to not let himself go out of control and will handle himself accordingly.
3.) He's smart. He provides a lot of information and backs up what he says.

I don't know about Eos or Dusk/Stereo, but I can say that I am not at all suitable for any kind of moderation position, here or elsewhere. I may have something of an intuition in regards to problem-solving, and I may seem level-headed enough about subjects I don't care much about, but I'm far too immature, and I'm prone to abusing power for fun if I get the chance.

Contributing and moderating are completely different roles. Most importantly, moderation requires responsibility. You don't have to be accountable for all your actions to be able to help people out. In fact, you can alternate between contributing usefully and racking up 5-6 infraction points in a row. Several people on the site already do this routinely.

I don't think it's just that Eos has been helpful to the community. He's proven himself to be a sensible and trustworthy person, someone that I would feel secure entrusting with the power to hand out infractions. (Actually, I don't know that entirely, as I haven't been paying attention, but evidently whoever picked him thinks so.)

Also, rather amusingly, I believe he is older than my sister and me combined.
