There are many situations in which a player wishes to contact anyone on the server with a similar interest. For example:
- APQ, CWKPQ, and any other pq that runs too infrequently for the staging area
to be a viable recruiting place;
- irregular boss runs;
- training partners (for himes, newts, skeles...);
- leech sellers / buyers;

Currently, a person looking for such people, can either smega for them (costs NX and annoys the entire server population), spam in FM or other likely spots (inefficient), or ask guild/alliance and buddy list to help find them (imposes on friends, inefficient).

I suggest the introduction of "interest group" broadcast lists.
People could, for example, sign up for a random zrun interest group. Whenever anyone tries to get a run together, they would broadcast on this group, and only the people signed up will receive the message. A lot fewer irrelevant people annoyed by spam, a much better chance of reaching the right people.

Maybe a board for particular stuff, to just note your name there. Like a list, where you apply for a group. People pick you up or not, if you are logged in. Could work for CWPQ, Zakum, Horntail, Papulatus, PQs, Minidungeon parties...

Hmm... the board (or sign-up sheet) idea could work for immediate things like APQ or Pap - the organizer would whisper people on the list one after the other until he gets a full party.

But I think that if you're trying to get a CWKPQ or zrun together, it would be incredibly frustrating to keep whispering one person at a time trying to set a time when enough people can make it. For that, you really need something like party or guild chat, where everybody can hear everybody else (although it might get really noisy with everybody yelling when they want it to happen).

Not even that, imagine you get a notice below, like joining a party, only you have to accept or deny it. You deny it, you get out of the list. You accept it, you get into the leader's list, ready for a run, until the rest joins. No window popping and killing you while on training, and yet makes it work.
