Writing this out of insomnia and stuff on my mind.
Yay for being a poetic failure.
There were times when life screamed,
it screeched immortality.
That was then, this is now.
There were times when emotions glowed,
they put on a show.
That was then, this is now.
There were times when smiles were inevitable,
they ripped away the pain.
That was then this is now.
There were times when sleep brought comfort,
it brought me soaring.
That was then, this is now.
The life is dieing, the emotions are burnt out, the smiles now straight, and the sleep nonexistent.
This now, that was then.
Now I want to die, I want relinquish my emotions, I want to cover my face, I want to sleep with the fish.
I want it all blank.
Yay for being a poetic failure.
