I have an exam in 38 minutes and I don't feel like blah blah blah so here's a topic.
Who played back in the day? Realm? Core? L? Favourite Builds? What did you love about the game? What made it fun for you? Does anyone still play now?
USEast/SC/L
Favourite build was Enchantress, Lightning Trapper, and Cleric
I enjoyed how it was so easy to progress towards your goal of just being stronger; 1~76 in a day was easy.
I really loved the variety of skill builds involved, though usually only one was dominant in a particular branch, there was still variety. Charged Bolt vs Nova vs Chain Lightning; Enchant vs Fireball vs Firebolt; Blizzard vs Frozen Orb;
Your characters were more gear dependent and gear had a lot of variety too. You didn't see everyone all wearing the same shit ZHelm. People had choices and options to reach various break points and there were good reasons to choose different things and not all look exactly the same.
I loved PvPing. Running around the Blood Moor, OHKOing noobs with what appeared to be a naked Sorceress, punching you to death, or throwing Guided Arrows. Good times.
Sadly, I've lost my CD Keys so I don't play anymore. Though I'll pop on my Single Player to screw around every once in a while when I'm bored.
