Alternates to MP3?

So I've been at MP3 since 55 on my Lv70 I/L. I'm still at MP3 now, and it's getting REALLY old being here. I used a family 30min 2x deal and I think I only got around 10%ish, which means WITH 2x I'm only raking in 20%/hr.

Do I have any other training options? PQs are out of the question. I'm on Deme, so there's, well, no one in the server. Or are levels 70-75 just going to be painstakingly slow at mp3, until I can go to DTs?

According to this, you can try Monkey Forest II for the same benefits as MP3. FoG as well, though apparently it burns money. If you go to Z. Lupins, try duoing with another mobber (3rd Job bowman works best, but you're more likely to find another I/L or a Hunter).

There are other options, but they're either money-making places or just ok training spots.

I recommend you try Firebrands every level. Whenever you can hit them enough to keep them frozen most of the time, you should get wonderful EXP from them. Also, if you have any points in MP Eater, you will rarely use MP potions because they have ridiculous amounts of MP to steal. :glitter:

I do remember training on Zombie Lupins a bit in my 70s. The best thing about it was that I could sell all of their drops for some extra mesos or NX... don't remember the EXP being particularly awesome, but it was good if I had a Hunter or another magician to split the map with.

Also- since you're in Demetheos, so if you feel like doing the JQ (or the quest that lets you skip it), Windraiders are phenomenal exp.

Edit: Reason why I pointed out you being in Demetheos is that the map (Lower Ascent) should be pretty empty.

Yeah, Windraider maps are almost always empty, even during 2x. Not too many high levels on Deme. I'm in the top 1200 and Lv71.

Only problem with Windraiders and Firebrands is getting past BF. Not having many high levels also means BF never gets killed :f4:
I did get to them last night though. Lightning just doesn't do enough damage to get good EXP there yet. I'll probably be there once IS gets a few more points into it though.
