It is always orange. Certain hairs from that quest are always orange, some are always black.

Well, you can color change it with NX. It does look better in black, though bowl cut fails anyway. :excellent:

Well, isn't it a waste to color change it with NX? I mean, the only reason I can think of for getting a bowl cut is to look like Lee (What's that say about my mind? XD;) and I think the default color should be BLACK. :3
